Follow the steps in order to manage reminder types, set defaults, build content, and validate preview output.
To make portal booking choose the correct engineer, set up both reminder types and engineer skills.
Add each service reminder type below exactly as you want it used across the system, for example Domestic Gas Boiler Service, Domestic Oil Boiler Service, or Unvented Hot Water Cylinder Service.
In each engineer user profile, add short skills such as gas, oil, unvented, lpg, or commercial.
Go to Settings → Scheduling Optimiser and complete Reminder Type Skill Map using one line per service, for example:

When a customer opens a reminder booking link, the portal will only show engineers who have all skills mapped to that reminder type.
